Maintenance Technician – Moon River Ranch Resort

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for assisting with overseeing the physical property, general maintenance repairs, preventative maintenance, including HVAC, heating and plumbing systems, and the upkeep of the landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel, and follow safety protocol
  • Conduct maintenance of electrical systems
  • Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety regulations
  • Support the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary
  • Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
  • Inspect alarm systems such as carbon dioxide and fire protection and quickly schedule repairs when needed
  • Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • 2 years of experience in property maintenance, preferably hotels and /or apartment buildings (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods
  • Familiar with plumbing repairs, tile work, HVAC equipment, appliances, appliances, carpentry repairs, and electrical repairs
  • Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, including electrical repair, HVAC, plumbing, etc, etc.
  • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Some weekends and some holidays required
  • Excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills

Experience/Education:

  • Perferred 2 year Electrical Experience
  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday
  • Full-time
  • Day Shit
  • 9am-6pm

Work Location:

  • Satin, TX

Compensation: Depends on Experience
