Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Answering inbound phone calls and making outbound calls.
Supporting teammates with follow-up for clients and prospects.
Research and resolve billing questions.
Promptly respond to client needs either on the phone or electronically.
Cultivate new opportunities and offer additional lines of insurance.
Assist with other office duties as they arise and are needed.
Requirements
Linguistic Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish languages, both verbal and written.
Customer Focus: A genuine passion for serving customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
Insurance Knowledge: Basic understanding of insurance products and services is a plus.
