¿Qué necesitamos que hagas? Mantener el mantenimiento general y la apariencia del complejo de apartamentos para los residentes actuales y potenciales.

El trabajo: Nuestros profesionales de mantenimiento son una parte integral para mantener satisfechos a nuestros residentes y son responsables de las operaciones de mantenimiento diarias y del mantenimiento general de la comunidad. Las responsabilidades específicas incluyen:

  • Estar de guardia para emergencias de mantenimiento las 24 horas
  • Completar trabajos en el terreno tales como: recolección de basura y jardinería liviana.
  • Ayudar con varios tipos de mantenimiento: Eléctrico, plomería, carpintería, pintura y preventivo

Los detalles: Nuestros técnicos asistentes de mantenimiento deben cumplir con los siguientes criterios:

  • Se requiere diploma de escuela secundaria/GED
  • Tener al menos tres años de experiencia y certificación HVAC
  • Proporcionar/uso de herramientas propias
  • Debe poder mantener una actitud profesional y cortés con los residentes, visitantes y personal de mantenimiento
  • Poseer conocimientos básicos de lo siguiente: HVAC, plomería y sistemas eléctricos
