Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate in project planning sessions with our internal teams (sales, estimating, engineering, installation) to grasp client requirements, timelines, and objectives for a wide variety of signage projects.
  • Work closely with our engineering team to ensure that project designs meet both client needs and compliance standards.
  • Oversee project schedules, resources, and budgets to guarantee timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering regular updates and ensuring their satisfaction with the outcomes.
  • Partner with vendors and contractors to secure high-quality materials and services, adhering to project budgets.
  • Proactively tackle potential project risks to avert delays or cost overruns.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are in line with client schedules and exceed expectations.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • At least 4+ years of experience in project management, specifically in interior signs or a closely related field.
  • Strong grasp of the design, production, and installation processes specific to architectural signage.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively guide project teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and precision.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software that streamline project activities.
Additional Valued Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or a related field.
  • PMP certification
  • Comprehensive understanding of ADA code compliance.
