Patient Advocate & Activity Assistant
Full-time or Part-time, 32-40 hrs/week
Pay rate: $15.40 - $18.00 per hour

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for the rights and well-being of a patients, providing support and guidance.
  • Ensuring a patient's needs and wishes are met when they can't speak for themselves and communicating needs to various departments.
  • Assists with conducting activities for our residents.
  • Plans and implements activities, maintains a daily activity attendance sheet, implements room visits.

Prerequisites:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Prior experience working with the elderly preferred.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
