Status: Full Time

Office:  Listen Technologies – Headquarters / Bluffdale

Overview:

The primary responsibility of this associate is to ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of Listen sales orders, demo shipments and RMA requests.  This includes accurately picking of the product to be shipped and packaging the goods in shipping cartons.  This also includes creating proper shipping labels with UPS, FedEx, etc. as required.  This associate will also be required to do some product finishing such as affixing labels, assembling packaging, configuring products based on individual order requirements, etc.  This associate will also be responsible for conducting or assisting with all Listen warehouse functions such as receiving shipments, moving/counting inventory including stocking the pick and pack area and maintaining an organized warehouse.   

Responsibilities: 

• Process outgoing orders accurately and efficiently
• Pick items from inventory according to picking lists or instructions
• Pack items securely and appropriately for shipping, ensuring they are protected from damage during transit
• Verify orders for accuracy and completeness before shipment
• Label packages with correct shipping information and ensure proper documentation is included
• Utilize shipping software or systems to generate shipping labels and track packages
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including inventory storage locations
• Assist with inventory management tasks such as counting, restocking, and organizing stock shelves
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be computer literate (including Microsoft Office)
