RETTEW, an employee-owned engineering consulting firm, is seeking Civil/Site Engineers for our Land Development design team in Lancaster, PA, and Allentown, PA. As a Land Development Engineer, you will be responsible for performing engineering design and permitting tasks for development projects in the industrial, commercial, and residential development markets. You will work under the supervision of the project manager and/or a senior engineer.


Responsibilities:

-Performing engineering design for land development projects, including stormwater and erosion and sediment control design, NPDES permitting, etc.

-Perform occasional field visits for construction observation.


Requirements:

-A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology.

-Recent graduate to 5 years of experience.

-EIT certification a plus.

-Strong technical, design and writing skills.

-Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Office, stormwater programs (Hydraflow and/or HydroCAD).

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
