Job Summary:


As an Enterprise Account Executive, your primary role will be to identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key enterprise clients. You'll be responsible for understanding clients' business needs, proposing tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to drive revenue growth. You'll collaborate closely with product engagement specialists at networking events and conventions to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness. Collaboration with other internal teams may also be necessary - such as support, marketing, and product development - to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and retention. Your goal is to strategically expand the company's market presence and achieve sales targets within the enterprise sector.

Currently, we are developing a next generation payment platform and neobanking service. Our mission is to build software solutions that solve big problems for business verticals that have been overlooked by out of the box business software products—helping our customers grow, save money, and operate more efficiently.

You are adept at multitasking in busy environments and always follow up with people in a timely manner. You are good at listening and problem solving. 


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets within designated enterprise verticals.
  • Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at the executive level.
  • Collaborate closely with multiple product engagement specialists to understand client needs and customize solutions that address their specific requirements.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our financial software products.
  • Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders, leveraging CRM systems to track progress and manage pipeline effectively.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and expand market reach.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, with a focus on financial solutions and services.
  • Extensive experience selling to C-suite executives and senior management within large organizations.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts, accounting principles, and business processes, with the ability to articulate technical information in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence decision-making, and navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving objectives.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients, attend meetings, and participate in events as required.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and other sales productivity tools.
