Position Summary:

As a Customer Service Specialist at JKR Windows, you will oftentimes be the first point of contact for our customers, and sometimes the last. The role will expect a high level of professionalism and the ability to leverage rapport-building skills to create a positive, lasting impression of our dedication to service. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and ensuring a positive customer experience. At times a homeowner client will be dissatisfied with their service, and your ability to direct them to the right resources and people will be critical to upholding our sterling, hard-earned reputation. In addition to customer service duties, you will also handle front desk receptionist responsibilities, creating a welcoming environment for all visitors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide detailed information about JKR Windows' products and services
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently and to their satisfaction
  • Manage the front desk, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls
  • Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for sales and service teams
  • Maintain and update customer records in the database
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
  • Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate team members


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Positive attitude and a professional demeanor
