Cortina Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an IT System Administrator. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting large-scale Indo-Pacific exercises while based out of Huntsville, Alabama. This role will require periodic travel to the Indo-Pacific region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support large Indo-Pacific exercises within the Indo-Pacific Area of Responsibility (AOR) by coordinating logistics, resources, and personnel.
  • Organize and participate in concept development activities to ensure effective planning and execution of exercises.
  • Facilitate the setup and teardown of exercise infrastructure, including developing architecture for optimal functionality.
  • Coordinate IT support, including technicians and system administrators, to ensure smooth operation of exercise-related systems and technologies.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in IT support or a related role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking technologies.
  • Experience in coordinating and supporting large-scale exercises or military operations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Security Clearance.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
