Job DescriptionJob Description

A rapidly expanding professional services firm specializing in construction management (CM), construction technology, space planning, and facilities management, is looking for a Program Management Information Systems (PMIS) Technical Specialist or Implementation Manager. This role involves assisting customers in leveraging new technologies for engineering and construction projects, particularly focusing on Kahua and other PMIS software in collaboration with the federal government.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data points and KPIs

- Develop interactive Power BI dashboards to convey insights effectively

- Perform ETL activities to integrate data from various sources

- Assist with PMIS system rollout activities and conduct data audits for integrity

- Produce visually appealing data visuals and ensure project success

- Maintain oversight of dashboards and targets, executing tasks in an agile manner

- Connect diverse data sources to Power BI and translate raw data into actionable insights

- Develop and update Power BI procedures for project deployment and maintenance

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- Minimum 2 years of Power BI experience, including ETL, data modeling, DAX, and visualizations

- Strong grasp of data quality principles and data cleansing techniques

- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills

- Experience with agile methodologies in a program/portfolio environment

- Understanding of ETL processes and tools, PMIS like Kahua, e-Builder, PMWeb, or Oracle Unifier, and SharePoint document management is advantageous
