Title: Foods Associate

Job Summary: As a Foods Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering delightful culinary experiences to our guests. From food preparation to ensuring exceptional service, you'll contribute to creating unforgettable moments at Lake Winnepesaukah.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Start your day 30 minutes before the park opens, impeccably dressed and ready to greet guests with a smile.
  • Foster a positive atmosphere by greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving any concerns with grace and efficiency.
  • Skillfully take and fulfill food and beverage orders, ensuring correct portions and adherence to food cost procedures.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks with ease and precision.
  • Maintain product temperature controls and uphold all Board of Health regulations to ensure food safety.
  • Keep all serving, kitchen, dining, and condiment areas well-stocked and organized.
  • Prioritize cleanliness and safety by diligently performing cleaning duties in compliance with Lake Winnepesaukah safety guidelines.
  • Meet attendance requirements outlined in our policies, ensuring reliability and consistency in your work.
  • Adhere to all rules of conduct and grooming standards as outlined in the Lake Winnepesaukah Employee Handbook.
  • Embrace continuous learning by completing Basic Food Safety & Sanitation Training provided.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, guests, and supervisors, fostering a positive and professional environment.
  • Demonstrate autonomy and initiative in completing daily tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company, divisional, and state labor laws, including minor labor laws.
  • Be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required to meet business needs.
  • Pass mandatory drug tests and background checks, adhering to company policies and regulations.

Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED certificate is desired.

Physical Requirements:

  • Be capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. consistently and enduring physical exertion such as bending, twisting, and stretching.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods on various surfaces, including uneven terrain.
  • Be prepared for varying work hours, including potential 12-hour shifts, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
