Job Duties:


  • Identify, develop and implement training opportunities and programs for all field personnel.
  • Works closely with Superintendents and foreman to provide needed project support.
  • Work with the Safety Director to identify potential project safety risk and measures to mitigate unsafe situations and practices.
  • Work with Superintendents to establish project quality control protocols.
  • Work with the Shop Manager to manage and coordinate Mowery tool and equipment needs on all projects.
  • Manage and coordinate Mowery labor needs on projects. 
  • Participate in and review Superintendent daily safety huddles and daily safety checks.
  • Provide assistance with and review Superintendent look ahead schedules.
  • Review Superintendents daily logs for content.
  • Attend project meetings to include owner’s, superintendent coordination, preconstruction conferences and in house project review meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A valid driver's license
  • 10 plus years of progressively responsible experience as it relates to construction field management and ground up construction.
  • The ability to run and manage commercial projects in large scale and complexity as high as 50 million dollars.
  • Experience in commercial construction markets such as industrial, healthcare, senior living and auto a plus.
