Assembly 1

The assembly1 assembles products until they are completed to specifications and routing operations by performing the duties found under the responsibilities.

• Utilizes CNC Benders, Parflange, Deburring tool, Rotary saw, Hose Crimpers, Tape Measures, and various other hand tools to create tubing, hoses sub-assemblies per customer specification
• Utilizes build instructions and testing reports to document product conformity
• Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the lead and or supervisor
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations
• Performs prescribed preventive maintenance on machines as required
• Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision
• Upholds Hyspeco Safety and Personnel Policies
• Upholds ISO 9001:2015 requirements as defined in Hyspeco’s quality procedures/processes

Supervisory Responsibility:

• This position has no supervisory responsibility

Required Experience: 1 to 2 years
