Lando Builders in Vancouver, WA, US is seeking a Finish Carpenter to join our field labor team. As a Finish Carpenter with us, you will have the opportunity to be a part of residential construction projects ranging from bathroom remodels to home additions. From assisting with various tasks on-site to ensuring the smooth operation of our projects, your role as a Finish Carpenter is crucial to our success. With a competitive hourly salary ranging from $25 to $35, you will have the chance to grow both personally and professionally with us. If you are a motivated individual who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in a dynamic setting, we invite you to be a part of our team at Lando Builders.


  • Monday-Friday
  • 30-40 hours a week
  • Paid weekly
Compensation:

$25 - $35/Hour

Responsibilities:
  • Install new or adjust existing framing in projects such as bathrooms, kitchens, basements, and home additions.
  • Install or repair exterior siding.
  • Install or repair window frames.
  • Hardwood and LVP flooring installation.
  • Install pre-fab or custom cabinetry.
  • Trim out millwork such as hanging doors, base, and door casing.


Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter.
  • Must know how to: Light framing, flooring installation, millwork/trim, cabinetry installation.
  • Knowledgeable of residential carpenter techniques.
  • Safety conscious.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Own a basic set of tools to perform work.
  • Knowledge of blueprint reading and project scope of work.
  • Positive attitude, hard-working, and great attention to detail.
  • Dependable, reliable, and professional.
