PAY & PERKS

Our Install Helper - HVAC Assistant works Monday - Friday and earns $12.00 - $18.00/hour.

We provide our team with excellent benefits and perks, including a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid over a period of time, 50% of the employee's medical insurance, paid time off (PTO), and paid vacation. We provide all the essential tools which will become the personal property of the employee once they complete 6 months of employment.

This position also receives training and a company-provided uniform.

INS AND OUTS OF BEING AN INSTALL HELPER - HVAC ASSISTANT

No experience is required for this entry-level position. You just need to have a great attitude, a solid work ethic, and the following qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills

As an Install Helper - HVAC Assistant, you assist your team with a variety of projects while learning the ropes of the trade. You work closely with our skilled technicians and assist with residential replacement projects, residential new installations, and light commercial installs. This role provides you with the foundation to develop your skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and pave the way for a successful HVAC career.
