At Atwell, we're looking for a Survey CAD Technician to bring their expertise to a range of exciting and diverse projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Resourceful Support: Serve as a key resource for design staff, guiding drafting practices and procedures with your expertise.
  • CAD Proficiency: Leverage AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software to produce high-quality drawings and meet Atwell's standards.
  • Drawing Production: Create detailed project drawings, including ALTA/NSPS Surveys, land divisions, right-of-way dedications, construction layouts, and staking.
  • Survey Data Analysis: Analyze project survey data to assess existing site conditions, integrating legal descriptions, ALTA/NSPS Surveys, easement documents, and Condominium Exhibit B documents.
  • Plan Modification: Edit and update plans based on revisions from agencies, municipalities, and clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Workflow Coordination: Communicate effectively with Project Managers and Team Leaders to track workflow and achieve chargeability goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years using AutoCAD Civil 3D, with experience in Trimble Business Center (TBC) preferred.
  • Education: High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of ALTA/NSPS Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Boundary Surveys, and Construction Staking.
