Nibav Lifts Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic Order Selector to join our growing team. As an Order Selector, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain process, ensuring that all orders are accurately picked and ready for dispatch. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and enjoys working in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Picking: Efficiently and accurately select items from warehouse inventory according to customer orders using pick lists or handheld devices.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for any defects or damages before packing. Ensure that all items meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Packing and Labeling: Carefully pack selected items into appropriate containers and label them correctly for shipping. Ensure all packages are secure and protected.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by reporting discrepancies and helping with stock replenishment.
- Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a secure workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly targets. Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
- Shipping Coordination: Assist with preparing orders for shipment, including weighing, labeling, and organizing packages for pickup.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
