Location: DFW Airport, 75261
Hourly Pay: $40.00 - CONTRACT ONE Elite Staffing is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our client's team.SENIOR IT BUSINESS ANALYST Job Description:
  • Five (5) years of related professional-level experience in writing business functional requirements with a focus on technical projects.
  • Experience working in a project team environment.
  • Ability to work independently to lead requirements gathering for large, complex technical projects.
  • Skill sets: Innovation, Problem Solving Skills, Detail Oriented, Collaboration, Facilitation.
  • Produces comprehensive documentation and diagrams encompassing business processes, use cases, data mapping and other relevant aspects.
  • Conducts gap and root cause analysis to identify underlying needs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilizes Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative methodologies to document solutions into comprehensive requirements and user stories.
  • Facilitates requirements walk-throughs, design review meetings, and demos at all levels, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
Additional Details:
  • Majority of IT projects span for 3 to 6 months.
  • Business Analysts will carry 3 to 4 projects starting and ending a various stages.
  • Plans for additional full staff for the Sr. Business Analyst role are in the works.
