As a new Administrative Assistant at Emmaus Early Childhood Education Program, you can expect each day to be filled with a variety of tasks to keep things running smoothly. From managing schedules and answering parent inquiries to assisting teachers with classroom needs, your role will be dynamic and engaging. Your typical schedule will be on Tuesdays through Thursdays from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm, allowing for a good work-life balance.

To excel in the role of Administrative Assistant at Emmaus Early Childhood Education Program, certain skills and qualities are key. You should bring previous experience in accounting, administrative tasks, or office work to the table. Being passionate about working with children is crucial, along with the ability to build strong relationships with both children and staff members.
