Role Overview:

The Fabricator, General Labor assists welders and other fabrication specialists throughout the entire fabrication process and prepares produced products for distribution.

Responsibilities:

· Operates grooving, threading, and welding machines that assist in the fabrication process.

· Operates rotary chop saw and band saw to cut pipe to length.

· Moves pipe along the length of table and off load to a cart or crate for staging in loading area.

· Installs hanger devices to specified lengths of threaded rod.

· Operates bench grinder to apply required end to threaded rod for application of hanger devices.

· Operates nylon bander to ready pipe bundles for shipment when required.

· Prepares all completed products for distribution.

· Follows all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

· Performs all other duties assigned by management.

· 1+ years of fabrication or related experience in the same or similar industry preferred.

· Must be able to lift over 50 pounds.

· Ability to drive a forklift.

· High School Diploma preferred.

· Able to use MS Office Suite and distribution-specific ERP systems.

· Ability to pass background check, MVR check, and drug test where required.
