Our restaurant is seeking a friendly and professional team player to join our team year-round. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests warmly, manage seating chart and escort guests to their tables

- Manage reservations and ensure that the seating arrangement optimizes the dining room capacity and flow

- Provide menus, introduce guests to their server and answer any questions guests may have

- Address guest inquiries and concerns courteously and promptly

- Take food and drink orders and effectively relay them to the kitchen and bar staff

- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner

- Share important guest information, such as allergies or special occasions, to the appropriate staff

- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure they are satisfied with their experience

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently

- Assist with monitoring table turnover and clearing when necessary

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

- Serve Safe & TEAM certifications preferred

- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

- Candidates should expect to work 2-3 shifts per week, primarily on weekdays, with an occasional Saturday. Shift hours are from 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM
