A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES PLUMBER / PLUMBING TECH

As an experienced Sales Plumber / Plumbing Tech, your strong knowledge and keen diagnosing skills are your best assets as you troubleshoot plumbing equipment and explain the needed solutions or repairs to customers. Ensuring that the customer is involved from beginning to end, you clearly communicate each and every detail from a simple fix to a major repair. With your exceptional communication skills, personable demeanor, plumber skills, and sales savviness, it's easy for you to turn visits into closed sales. And as a result, you know how to exceed company expectations on closing rates and selling averages. After each sale, you design the job on-site and make sure to inform the manager of the needed equipment. Also, you keep the installation department in-the-know so that they can complete each job efficiently. You get great satisfaction out of promoting high-quality services at the best prices in the business

QUALIFICATIONS

• Some experience as a plumber
• A valid driver's license
• A good driving record
• The flexibility to pick up on-call assignments (when needed)
• Physically able to complete job-related tasks
• Sales skillset
