Our Agency is looking for a friendly, outgoing, detail-oriented individual to be a Receptionist. If you are a person who has exceptional communication skills, professional office experience and the ability to work well with people from all walks of life, this is the place for you We're looking for a team member who exhibits a commitment to helping people and can work fluidly in an environment that requires the balancing of multiple responsibilities. You will have the full support of our customer service team and will play a vital role in our day-to-day operations. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish genuine customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification
  • General Office/Administrative duties
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Must have or obtain current Colorado Property and Casualty License within 30 days of employment
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Interested in marketing products and services based on the individual, specific needs of our clients
