Who We Are Looking For?

beem® Light Sauna is seeking a creative, dedicated, problem-solver, and analytical Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Team. This pivotal role will drive marketing operations for our rapidly growing national franchise. We are looking for a candidate who thrives on building systems, is deeply driven by data, and is eager to join a team where they can make an immediate and substantial impact.

As a Marketing Coordinator, a typical day might include a mix of the following:

  • Optimize paid social advertisement efforts tailored to increase the pool of potential members and franchisee candidates.
  • Provide marketing support and produce marketing materials, including SOPs, resource guides, flyers, network update emails, etc.
  • Track and report on email and text KPIs, focusing on areas of optimization for lead nurture and re-engagement.
  • Participate in strategy sessions to promote lead generation for potential members and franchisee candidates.
  • Conduct customer retention surveys and calls to gather feedback, identify market trends, and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Stay up to date on market insights, lead generation tools, and competitor marketing strategies.
  • Provide support to the marketing team on various marketing administrative tasks.

What You Woud bring to the beem® Light Sauna Team?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in digital advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, or a related marketing role, part-time or full-time internship.

  • Excellent communication and creative skills, with a talent for crafting engaging content.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team player attitude, with an eagerness to collaborate.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM software is a plus.
