Job Description:


As an HVAC Parts Salesperson at TriState HVAC Equipment, LLC, you will play a crucial role in our business by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HVAC parts department. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their HVAC parts needs, promoting our products, and contributing to the overall success of our company.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in identifying and selecting the right HVAC parts and products for their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our HVAC parts inventory, including specifications, compatibility, and pricing.
  • Sales: Actively engage with customers to promote our products and generate sales. Cross-sell and upsell when appropriate to maximize revenue.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, including order entry, pricing, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage HVAC parts inventory levels, including restocking and conducting regular inventory counts.
  • Technical Support: Provide basic technical assistance and guidance to customers, and coordinate with our technical team when necessary to address more complex issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster customer loyalty.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.


Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in HVAC or a related field is a plus).
  • Proven experience in HVAC parts sales or a related sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer-based inventory and sales software.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required).
