The Client Operations Associate provides critical support to the firm and our daily operations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to interface with advisors on other key stakeholders daily in a highly professional and collaborative environment. Ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Upon successful completion of training, this role may be eligible for a hybrid arrangement as long as performance standards are met and maintained.

Primary duties include:

  • Working with Client Operations Managers, advisors, and vendors, to ensure proper accounting opening procedures and documentation.

  • Managing all custodial processing and money movement for approved transactions.

  • Prepare wire transfers/ACH for distributions and coordinate the approval/distribution process.

  • Proactively seek to resolve any client or vendor issues or concerns.

  • Monitor custodial transactions for accuracy, timeliness, and to ensure compliance with firm policies and/or industry regulations.

  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed to support the growth and development of the advisor's practice.

  • Manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the financial services industry; direct experience with Fidelity Wealthscape preferred.

  • Sound judgment and the ability to be proactive and decisive.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.

  • Strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work independently and with a team.

  • HS diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
