Hiring Service Advisors

Signing Bonus Available for Qualified Individuals

This is NOT a 100% Commission Position

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers and directing them to available mechanics.
  • Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs
  • Using your in-depth product and service knowledge to sell our available parts and service options to customers.
  • Answering questions about service outcomes, scheduling appointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up.
  • Providing customers with informational advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings, and also advising on
  • the advantages of trading in their car versus fixing the car. 
  • Managing and overseeing the dealership's workflow and schedule.  
  • Ensuring all service details rendered and costs are clearly relayed to the customer and processing their payments.
  • Liaising with service technicians about parts ordering, then ensuring parts are available when needed.
  • Providing customers with a luxury experience resulting in high survey ratings.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and willingness to learn
  • Experience in the automotive field (preferable in the service department)
  • A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry
  • Strong organizational decision making, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and management.
