Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Tech position at Resolve Surgical represents an entry level function. Employees will develop technical skills in their assigned areas, an understanding of the rules and regulations that Resolve Surgical administers, and the basic operating approach at Resolve Surgical including: reading, understanding, and following work instructions; working in a team environment; and learning to work with minimal supervision
POSITION SUMMARY:
- Complete various basic building and grounds maintenance on the following:
- HVAC filter and belt changes
- Painting interior and exterior surfaces
- Floor, wall, door, and ceiling systems
- Building plumbing maintenance
- Snow removal and ice mitigation
- Assist with training operations on autonomous maintenance activities
- Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks on machine tools and facility related equipment including, but not limited to:
- General equipment inspections
- Dredging
- Filter cleaning and replacement
- Oil changing
- Machine battery replacement
- Complete basic preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, corrective maintenance, documentation in the CMMS system under direction of a level 2 or higher.
- Assist and work with contractors and riggers as needed to complete tasks as assigned
- Assist level 2 and above Equipment and Facilities Techs on the following:
- Corrective maintenance repairs
- Closing Near Miss Ticket items and Facility Request Tickets
- General furniture, machine, and/or equipment moves
- Assembling various items and tools required throughout the facility
- Chiller and air handler cleaning
- Understanding and adherence of the principles of working in a Controlled Environment Area
- Assist Facilities and Equipment staff with job tasks as assigned and required.
- Assist Janitorial staff/Contractors in maintaining a safe and clean environment including, but not limited to cleaning around the machines on the operations floor.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED: (list required and preferred separately)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Forklift certification preferred
- Aerial/scissor lift certification preferred
- Previous experience or exposure to carpentry, construction, plumbing, pneumatics, hydraulics, and/or electrical work
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Basic computer skills
- Basic knowledge and understanding of carpentry, construction, plumbing, pneumatics, hydraulics, and/or electrical work
