First Children Services is currently seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team We proudly supported our focus on education in a new partnership with Capella University, where our employees can take advantage of free CEUs and certificates.

Day to day primary functions:
- Work 1:1 with client in independent and group settings
- Read and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collect session data and submit documentation in a timely manner
- Support healthy communication, social and behavioral skills
- Provide interactive therapeutic support to extinguish or minimize maladaptive behaviors
- Collaborate with the treatment team to increase positive behavioral outcomes
What we require from you:
- 1 year minimum of working with children
- BA degree in Psych, Social Work, or Education
- 1 year of working in a direct care human services profession preferred but not required
- Comfortable with using technology for daily documentation
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
- Willingness to accept and implement feedback
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel and run during shift
