Job Summary: In the ever-evolving landscape of digital marketing, we are on the hunt for a Creative Social Media and Digital Advertising Engineer who blends artistry with analytics. This role demands a visionary capable of crafting compelling visuals and spearheading innovative advertising campaigns that resonate on both organic and paid platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

· Engineer visually stunning multimedia assets (Video/ motion assets) and graphics that captivate our audience and amplify our brand’s presence across social media channels.

· Strategically manage and execute cutting-edge paid social media campaigns, leveraging your creative intuition and technical prowess.

· Pilot Pay-Per-Click (PPC) initiatives, applying a mix of creativity and analytical skills to optimize campaigns for peak performance.

· Harness the power of Google My Business (GMB) to craft a local search narrative that drives engagement and conversion.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate advertising strategies that break the mold and set industry benchmarks.

· Utilize data-driven insights to iterate, enhance, and steer creative campaigns towards uncharted territories of success.

· Keep a pulse on emerging trends and technologies in social media and digital advertising, infusing our campaigns with fresh and inventive approaches.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on creative engineering.

· A robust portfolio that showcases a blend of graphic design excellence and successful digital campaign engineering.

· Expertise in advertising platforms and an intuitive grasp of the digital advertising ecosystem.

· A track record of innovative problem-solving and creative campaign execution.

· A curious mind, eager to explore new horizons in digital advertising and social media engagement.
