As a Loan Originator in a wholesale mortgage brokerage, you call the shots. At Motto Mortgage Ascent you will have exclusive access to a large residential real estate brokerage with over 200 professional, full-time agents. Brokers are better

A community-based mortgage broker evaluates multiple lenders to match the borrower to the best solution providing more product and service options. Consumers save an average of $9K on their mortgage, increasing affordability which brings in a more diverse group of borrowers. A retail broker offers one option.

Compensation:

$75,000+

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with Realtors
  • Be the voice of Motto, a leader, teacher, and a dealmaker
  • Learn the specifics of being a loan broker with multiple product offerings
  • Deal honestly and consistently with agents, clients, and our lending partners, and take advantage of the many opportunities to put yourself in front of our agents
  • Work directly with AE's at the various wholesale lenders
  • Avail yourself of the ample training provided by Motto and our lending partners
  • Be the loan expert and the go-to loan connection for our Realtors

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience (ideally) as a Mortgage Loan Originator
  • Experience as a loan broker is a big plus but not a requirement
  • Active MLO license
  • Motivated, self-starting, positive attitude, responsible, collaborative, personable
  • Solid communication and persuasion skills
  • Must ENJOY working with Realtors and have a passion for the real estate world
