Pasadena, United States Justice Law Corporation Full time
Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: 20-23

What We’re Looking For

We are a boutique plaintiffs’ employment law firm seeking a confident professional with a strong desire to learn, grow, and thrive in a dynamic and unique legal environment to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who is motivated, hard-working, comfortable on the phone, has a desire to further their knowledge in the legal field, tackle new challenges, and enjoys working with a team of fun and committed professionals.

Our Mission

Justice Law Corporation comes from humble yet noble beginnings. Founded by Douglas Han in 2013, inspired by the plight of aggrieved oil workers in Kern County, Justice Law Corporation has grown from being the ambitious dream of one man into a resilient force to be reckoned with. Since the inception of the firm, through the combined efforts of first-rate attorneys and determined legal support staff, we’ve achieved millions of dollars in recoveries on behalf of hourly employees against dozens of large companies throughout the states  of California and Washington.

We see it as our privilege to advocate for hard-working people by providing them with a skilled and resourceful team to amplify their voices. Wage theft, which has been called “the crime no one talks about,” is one of the many unfortunate realities that beleaguer the average American worker today. So, we pride ourselves in the fact that we champion workers’ rights in a time where they are often taken advantage of. Our work has statewide reach and is effecting change in every industry to protect both the rights of workers today and for future generations.

What to Expect

We offer generous benefits and competitive compensation. At our firm, we are first and foremost concerned with finding someone who is a good fit, and we are willing to provide training where needed. Intakes are the cornerstone of the investigative process and the information obtained by Intake Specialists is indispensable to the success of the case. Intake Specialists will hone their interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills while gaining a wealth of knowledge about employment law. Class action litigation involves a dynamic process where attorneys and legal support staff are consistently confronted with new and interesting challenges. You will be welcomed into a stimulating environment where your creativity and talents will be put to the test in an atmosphere of support and professionalism.

We seek to establish a relationship of trust and motivation where team members have all the resources to put their best foot forward in all that they do. Moreover, we believe that it’s our fundamental duty as members of the community and nation to help out fellow humans in need. So, in addition to advocating for workers’ rights every day, we contribute to charitable organizations and offer myriad opportunities for team members to volunteer and extend a helping hand to those who need it.

We understand that in today’s world, both the workplace and the country at large is rapidly changing as a result of everything from technological advances to cultural shifts. To ensure that we are one with the times, we are committed to creating a workplace that goes beyond the traditional stereotype of what a law firm is. If you’re interested in being a part of a dynamic, committed, and diligent team of advocates we encourage you to apply.
