As a Powder Coating Technician (also known as a Powder Coating Operator or Surface Finisher), you'll be responsible for preparing parts for powder coating by masking, sanding, and performing any necessary preparation work. You'll hang and remove materials on and off the conveyor line, adhering to company safety procedures, and operate hoists/lifts as necessary. You'll also inspect materials for defects, count and record all parts, and assist in cleaning the powder booth and performing routine maintenance.
