Job Title: Secretary III - Part-Time

Location: NASA Glenn Research Center

Overview:

FedSync is seeking a skilled General Clerk/Secretary III to provide comprehensive office support to NASA. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth daily operations, working closely with supervisors and staff, and performing a variety of clerical and secretarial duties. Your role will require a solid understanding of office routines, organizational programs, and procedures, and you'll need to operate effectively with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Telephone and Appointment Services: Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting times.
  • Visitor Services: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Meeting and Telecommunication Services: Organize and schedule meetings, manage telecommunication systems, and coordinate conference room bookings.
  • Information Dissemination: Distribute and manage information as needed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Office Supplies Management: Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are adequate.
  • Copying, Faxing, and Graphics Requests: Handle copying, faxing, and graphics requests, as well as manage photo services.
  • Records and Data Management: Oversee records management and data processing, including correspondence tracking and desktop processing.
  • Travel and Time Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements and manage time and labor collection for staff.
  • Property and Move Coordination: Assist with property management and coordinate office moves.
  • Training and Special Events Coordination: Organize and facilitate training sessions and special events as required.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of office experience in a similar role.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Preferred experience with NASA or related contracts, with an active NASA badge.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must pass criminal and drug tests regularly.
