Role: Project Assistant

Location: Washington, DC; Hybrid Remote Work Schedule

Pay Rate: $21-23/Hour

Our client is seeking a Project Assistant to join as a key addition to their team.


Job Responsibilities:

· Provide administrative and strategic support on programmatic initiatives.

· Support timeline management and assist with meeting target deliverables on schedule.

· Manage project reports, including working with Excel and internal databases

· Coordinate meetings amongst internal and external stakeholders

· Maintain routine correspondence with project funders, partners and other stakeholders.


Requirements:

· Experience in – 2+ years of experience within administrative support and/or project coordination

· Proficient in – Microsoft Office Suite

· Soft SkillsProfessional, attention to detail, polished, flexible, strong written and oral communication skills

· Education – Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
