Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
  • Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients
  • Professionally answer phone, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records, ensuring all information is up to date
  • Process payment transactions
  • Provide basic information to clients about veterinary services
  • Coordinate communication between the veterinary team and clients
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming


Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be able to work some evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds
