Leasing Agent

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a desire to provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective residents with tours of the property and available units.
- Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries from potential residents.
- Provide detailed information about the property, including availability, leasing terms, and amenities.
- Process rental applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
- Coordinate and conduct move-in and move-out inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing and renewal activity.
- Assist in the planning and execution of resident events and community activities.
- Ensure that the property is well-maintained and presents a welcoming atmosphere.
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, or real estate is a plus.
- Proficiency in Yardi software is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
