Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of property maintenance and repair, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general handyman tasks. As a Handyman at Nandail Property Management, you will play a vital role in ensuring the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of our properties, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our residents and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing leaks, replacing fixtures, and painting.
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Complete carpentry work, including installing doors, cabinets, and trim.
  • Conduct inspections and identify maintenance issues.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and property managers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques.
  • Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and other handyman tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
