Job DescriptionJob DescriptionKable Staffing is in urgent need of Urethane Technician in Fairfield, OH. This position is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.FULL JOB DESCRIPTIONPRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for urethane open molding operations and assemblies.
  • Use of hand and power tools.
  • Identify and communicate technical problems.
  • Perform tasks and tests with minimal instruction and documentation.
  • Assist co-workers as needed to meet daily priorities, coverage, and projects.
  • Ability to learn new processes and procedures quickly.
  • Safely operate a forklift and other shop equipment.
  • Run the Trico Poly Systems: Polyurethane Processing Equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Light industrial manufacturing or production experience of at least 2 years is preferred.
  • Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools, ability to identify and communicate technical problems, and ability to perform tasks and tests with minimal instruction and documentation.
  • Experience with surface prep equipment including Blastrac and Diamond Grinding equipment.
