Position Overview: Bridgeline Staffing is currently seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals to join a school system in Aurora, CO for the 2024-2025 school year. As a Paraprofessional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of students, contributing to a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in the implementation of educational plans and activities.
- Provide one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with educational professionals to address individual student needs.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher is a plus.
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is desirable.
- Ability to adapt to the diverse needs of students.
Working Hours:
- Full-time and part-time positions are available.
