Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of beauty consultants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Coach and develop team members, providing ongoing training and feedback to ensure product knowledge and excellence in customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the appropriate departments to ensure product availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to identify sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Nordstrom store management team to maximize brand exposure and drive sales growth.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the cosmetics industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the beauty industry and knowledge of current trends and products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be able to travel to different Nordstrom locations within the designated region.
