Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of HVAC projects from inception to completion.
  • Design, install, and service HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
  • Ensure all HVAC work complies with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
  • Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of HVAC systems.
  • Estimate labor, materials, and project costs accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage and schedule work for junior HVAC technicians and apprentices, providing mentorship and training as needed.
  • Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration.

Qualifications:

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
