Job DescriptionJob Description

Hendrick Manufacturing is actively looking for a 3rd Shift Material Handler. Position is full time and the hours are Monday - Thursday; 8:00PM - 6:30AM.

The individual who functions in this position must carry out all of the functions associated with being a Material Handler. To qualify as a Material Handler, an individual must be able to perform all of the following:

  1. Use forklift to load and unload materials as necessary and convey to next operation
  2. Use forklift to transport materials to various locations in plant, depending on business need
  3. Assist machine operators in loading materials onto machines as required
  4. Operate overhead cranes to transport coils and other materials as needed
  5. Requires ability to multitask efficiently as required

Education:

  • High School graduate or GED
  • Certification to operate forklift

Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience operating a forklift
