Job Overview
You will be in the unique position of working alongside our Chief Operations Officer and Real Estate Development Director to facilitate Lugano's expansion across the country and beyond. In this role, you will be joining a dynamic team responsible for the successful delivery of unique, high-end spaces and growing the company footprint– all aspects of a project's lifecycle are under the purview of this team. This role requires a detailed understanding of design/construction for vendor management purposes and to learn/grow the brand vision and process. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills will be constantly used in this wide-ranging role.
What You Will Do
- Take an active role in the successful delivery of Lugano construction projects across the country and internationally, from project conception to facilities management.
- Work alongside Ownership and the Real Estate Development Director to deliver on and continue to build the quality and brand voice associated with Lugano
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project team alignment, track progress, and manage vendors on a day-to-day basis to ensure project success
- Directly facilitate orders for direct-order materials, furnishings, and other project items
- Be the go-to resource for knowledge and special operation for project turnover to the Operations/Sales teams, ongoing support for the Facilities team
- Travel to established and new locations for inspections or builds
What You Bring
- You have project and/or construction management experience specific to retail and/or high-end tenant improvements (TIs)
- You come with proven knowledge of reading and understanding construction plans
- You have ability to clearly and confidently communicate with all project stakeholders and vendors
- You are highly organized, have strong time management and prioritization skills
- You are able to be a consistent positive representative of Lugano Diamonds
- You pride yourself on being a curious thinker with strong research and problem-solving mindset
- You have a bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience
Targeted base compensation range is $120,000 plus annual bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
