Floating teacher

We are looking for an experienced teacher who loves children and wants to invest in every child's growth. We want to provide a loving and caring environment that instills not only academic lessons daily, but also a good morale foundation by teaching the bible stories and character traits.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for children in the daycare or preschool setting.
- Create a positive and nurturing learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to ensure a safe and respectful classroom environment.
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students with special education needs.
- Incorporate physical education activities into daily routines to promote gross motor skills development.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive educational experience.

Skills:
- Strong background in early childhood education, with knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
- Experience working with children, including those with special needs.
- Proficient in lesson planning and curriculum development.
- Ability to effectively manage student behavior and create a positive classroom environment.
- Knowledge of various subjects, including math, to provide comprehensive instruction.
- Experience in tutoring or providing additional academic support is a plus.
