Your days will encompass the meticulous management of financial data, bringing precision to every entry and fostering financial prosperity. Whether it's skillfully reconciling bank statements, orchestrating seamless accounts receivable processes, or delivering impeccable customer service over the phone, your impact on our financial excellence is unparalleled

All that we ask is that you meet the following qualifications:

  • 2 years of QuickBooks experience
  • Exceptional communication skills and great phone etiquette
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor

Having at least 1 year of customer service experience and being proficient with ServiceTitan is highly preferred
