What You Need

A Typical Day

  • Be enthusiastic while engaging with guests and give them a good first impression
  • Welcome park guests into the building and direct them to the waiver station, check-in, or party/group check in areas
  • Answer customer inquiries and share park specials and promotions
  • Manage/minimize lines and work crowd control
  • Acknowledge and thank guests and jumpers as they exit the park
