We are hiring for a Head Teller for our Leesburg Branch The Head Teller effectively supervises, guides, directs and oversees full range of Teller operations and services in a branch environment with an emphasis on workflow, compliance and security. The Head Teller leads by example, ensuring teller staff adheres to all Citizen First Bank (CFB) standards, policies, procedures and systems, involving Teller operations and plus 1 extreme customer service functions. The Head Teller answers questions, oversees balancing and resolves complex problems.

Requirements:

Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent required, two years of teller experience plus one year supervisory experience or proven supervisory abilities. Must be able to withstand varying degrees of stress, must be able to attend work regularly and on time and perform position requirements with little supervision.

Must have excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to motivate and lead a team, to include participating in branch activities and displaying positive behaviors. Ability to supervise and effectively resolve conflicts. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to easily adapt to change on a daily basis. Completed CFT classes, Principles of Banking and Supervision. CFB in-house supervision course is acceptable. Acceptable balancing record.

Must have basic computer skills using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), good typing skills and skilled in using a 10-key calculator

Preferred: Four years of teller experience with a minimum of one year as Head Teller
