We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Analyst who will work with our Global Logistics department as a key point of contact for warehouses, trucking companies, procurement, and sales support to ensure the on-time delivery of our products. Additionally, they will assist with product distribution and inventory management throughout the U.S.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Main point of contact for warehouse
  • Communicate with internal and external parties through phone and email
  • Monitor and data enter warehouse receiving through manual or EDI reporting
  • Record lot numbers and case quantities in accordance with Inventory Control and Finance SOPs
  • Arrange for shipment release of outbound orders
  • Process bills of lading for accurate billing and lot control / inventory control
  • Coordinate Warehouses transfers
  • Manage documentation and system.
  • Determine the cause for inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy by researching inventory discrepancies
Qualifications:
  • 1 -3 years in international logistics, warehouse customer service and/or order processing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Basic to intermediate Excel skills
  • Ability to prioritize (and reprioritize when necessary) tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Robust problem-solving skills are a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency in his or her work
  • Ability to work independently, yet also be a team player
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
